Our Recruitment Process
Requirements Gathering and Assessment
Frontier Strategies works with each client to understand their overall strategies and culture. Our process begins by determining the technical background and overall profile of a successful incumbent.
This profile is screened against our current pool of candidates and extensive network to produce an initial list of candidates. Our recruiters then conduct the first level interview based on the profile created for each position.
Evaluate and Recommend
Once our finalists have been identified a member of our Technical Team conducts a second level technical interview. The top candidates’ references are completed and our candidate(s) are presented for review and selection.
Frontier Strategies works with our clients to keep our candidates engaged, schedule interviews and complete the interview process.
Final candidate interviews are scheduled and an offer is presented to the successful candidate.
